Ten56. have taken over the modern metal scene in record time and won’t stop. Their highly anticipated sophomore album, titled “IO”, is set for digital release on September 5, 2025, via Out Of Line Music, with physical formats dropping on October 3.
“IO” picks up where “Downer” left off – but this time, the stakes are even higher. This new era sees the band doubling down on their identity: violently emotional, deeply human, and sonically forward-thinking. Each track crafts a journey that is as raw as it is relentlessly ambitious.
“With IO, we’ve taken the distinct foundation on which we built our debut album on, and pushed that twisted, vulgar, yet vulnerable emotional rollercoaster even further,” the band says about their new record.
The hate is angrier. The melancholy, heavier. The undertones more twisted and raw – All wrapped into a narrative of a mind coming undone.
