Musically, “Hey Tú!” is fast-paced, aggressive, and impossible not to move to. Anchored by Hocico’s signature industrial venom and spiked with jagged Electronic Body Music-infused beats, the track channels a violent energy that’s both physical and emotional. But it’s the fusion of Erk Aicrag’s relentless fury and Rafael Reyes’ snarling defiance that takes the song to another level.
The lyrics are unapologetically confrontational. In English and Spanish, “Hey Tú!” tears into betrayal and false mysticism with venomous clarity. From lines like “You’re a poser, you’re a loser, you’re a fucking fake” to “Soy el infierno que viene por más,” the song leaves no room for ambiguity, this is war poetry for a digital generation, seething with personal truth and unfiltered rage. It calls out hypocrisy, mocks victimhood as a weapon, and reclaims power with every screamed verse.
The song’s chorus, “Hey tú! come mierda,” becomes a scorched-earth chant, embodying the kind of cathartic release only music this raw can offer.
