Hailing from Essen, Germany, Elwood Stray deliver an energetic blend of post-hardcore, rock and metalcore. If you had to describe their sound, you would probably do it with the words plain, unposed and natural. No technical bells and whistles, just the essentials: Handmade music.
In their short time in the industry, Elwood Stray have already shared the stage with numerous international artists, including Bad Omens, The Plot In You, The Ghost Inside, Landmvrks and The Word Alive, and have made notable festival appearances at Summerbreeze, Full Force, and Takedown. After joining Novelists during their European tour across eight countries in early 2024, Elwood Stray soon hit the road with US metalcore powerhouse Stick To Your Guns for their European record release run in early 2025.
