With “Red”, APRIL ART opens the next chapter in their impressive evolution. Following their powerful previous album “Rodeo”, the band presents themselves as more self-assured, focused, and catchy than ever before. Powerful guitars, great melodies, and the unmistakable voice of Lisa-Marie Watz blend to create a modern rock album brimming with energy, emotion, and passion. The fact that APRIL ART have long been among Germany’s most exciting rock bands is proven not only by their acclaimed festival performances and tours in recent years. Their first single, “Panic Stations”, also quickly became a crowd favorite, has already racked up almost 800,000 streams on digital platforms and YouTube, and is currently storming the rock radio charts. Shortly afterward, the band followed this up impressively with the uncompromising single “Big Bubble Bullshit”. “Red” brings together everything APRIL ART stands for: rousing hooks, big choruses, authentic emotions and songs that go straight to the heart and get your feet moving. Sometimes powerful and direct, sometimes thoughtful and moving, but always with an energy that’s instantly infectious. An album that impressively demonstrates why APRIL ART are currently among the most exciting names on the German rock scene.
